Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with the average delivery time of 2-6 days. All orders are shipped from our location in Texas.
Orders placed before 12:30pm CT are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:30pm CT are usually shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12:30pm CT on Friday are shipped the following Monday.
All orders will be shipped as complete orders. If an item is unavailable at the time of shipping the entire order will be held until all items are available for shipping.

First-Class Mail International (2-30 days) - PLEASE NOTE: Tracking is not available for this service. Delivery time varies based on destination and customs. Panini is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to using this service.
FedEx International Priority® provides time-definite delivery, typically in 1, 2, or 3 business days, to major cities in Europe and Canada, typically in 2 business days.
International orders may be subject to additional Customs Fees. Please check with your country's customs policies before placing an order. The recipient of the package will be held fully responsible for all additional customs fees that may be incurred.
We have a no return policy in place. All transactions are final. All claims for lost, damage or error in shipment must be made through Customer Service by using our ‘Contact Us’ link on the footer of the website. Panini America is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or mishandled shipments.
Your order tracking options are based on whether you have an online shopping account (registered customers) at Exchange-PaniniAmerica.net.
Registered Customers may track all orders at Exchange-PaniniAmerica.net. Just follow these steps:
1. Click Sign In/Register at the top of any page.
2. Enter your Panini Rewards login name and the password you entered when you created your Panini Rewards account.
3. Click My Rewards at the top of any page.
4. Click Transaction History
5. You should see a list of transactions – simply click on the Order ID number to be presented with an order summary and a tracking button.
While Panini strives to provide accurate product information, unintentional point value or typographical errors may occur. Panini reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, Panini Rewards point values, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect point value or with incorrect information, Panini shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for shipping any order subsequently cancelled, Panini will issue a credit to your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
